  WT would love for people to be like this and base their opinions about JWs only on the litteratrash they hand out at the door.

  This would be like choosing the car you like based only on the manufacturer's glossy brochure. Can you really judge a vehicle based on information the dealer gives you or if you like their advertisements? Wouldn't you look for more information from outside sources? Crash tests? Reviews by professionals? Both satisfied and unsatisfied vehicle owners? Would you take a vehicle for a test drive? Would you say, "I rate this car a 10 because I like their commercials!"?

  Why would people put more critical thought into buying a car than in choosing a religion?

  A JW experience

  this is a quick experience i have recently had and i have two questions at the end.. a couple of weeks ago, the dogs were barking at the gate on saturday morning and wouldn't you know it, it was some witnesses.

  there was a father with his lovely wife and their young daughter.

  the father did all the talking as mother and daughter just dutifully smiled and watched.

  Dad gave me the old "Would you agree that world conditions are becoming worse" routine.

  Having lived in different neighborhoods, that line might play great in the type of white, Republican, slumping middle class neighborhood I grew up in. "Oh, things are awful and it was better in the old days." Now that I live in a predominantly black and Latino neighborhood, I couldn't imagine them coming to my door to tell me about the good ol' days. I'd have to respond, "Are you referring to the days of slavery as somehow better than now?" or "You know if you're not happy with conditions here, you can move away."

  Hypocrites

  get this my sister and her elder husband are visiting from over seas and are currently being groomed by bethel how to set a better example.they are being told how to behave right down to how to dress to set a proper christian example.anyway they are both over weight by a fair margin to be considered unhealthy.the clincher is this elder whom is over weight had the outright cheek to counsel my other sister whom is a j dub that she is over weight and needs to do something about it.

  now hows that for hypocritical behaviour.prime example in any ones book dont you think???

  Adam and Eve were like perfect bread. When Eve ate the fruit, it was like smearing fruit jelly on her bread. It was nutty for Adam to follow his wife, so it was like smearing peanut butter on his bread. They were thrown together outside the Garden of Eden, and the results were delicious.

  ok so im a lil late on tellin it.......was busy this friday & sat......🎉🎊🎶.

  ok so thursday night, eldurr up on stage asking for brothers only...who have skills in construction, electical, and finish work, who were of the ages from 25-35 ..to pleeeeeease apply to help in ....get this😂 " theocratic construction" going on in various parts of the world.. this announcement happened in puerto rico.. many , many, many facepalms😂😂😂😂😂.

  Having studied WT publications and listened to their talks (especially Herd and Loesch), it's obvious that women can't be trusted with construction tools because they have small brains and tend to be emotionally uncontrolled.

  Gay advice from the Governing Body

  according to them you are not gay if you are attracted to the same sex, it's just hormones and you might grow out of it.. i wonder what hormones in particular they are talking about and if they feel that a female who goes through menopause is in danger of turning gay or even if taking hormones will adjust your thinking?.

  For many JWs, having any sex is just a "phase". Typically, they're too busy with meetings, preaching, 'studying', and other cult busy-work, along with often working long hours at low wages, to have much time and energy left for sex.

  There were plenty of JW couples I knew that I assumed they might still have somewhat active sex lives. But particularly after I became an elder, I learned about a lot of couples that were very unhappy about all kinds of sexual things... including accusations such as "He committed adultery in his heart. Maybe I can't divorce him, but I'm gonna act like we are." and "Maybe she has health problems and I do nothing to help her or be a romantic gentleman, but she should put out when I say so."

  So should anybody be surprised that WT would tell homosexuals that this is a "phase" that they shouldn't act on? Heterosexuals are instructed by WT that their sexual desire is something they should "deaden" and deny, too.

  first impression, he's a control freak.

  he got up several times to correct the servants on lights, sound and speaker stand positioning.

  Shame on her for not using this opportunity as a guest of honor to shove her religion down other peoples' throats by "informal witlessing". Since Jehover had undoubtedly aligned this situation for her to preach to people who had never heard the kingdumb message, he's probably angry at her and will slaughter her at the big A.
